Hello Masila,
You mentioned that you think there might be a reason for trying to keep the sp in a certain range. I tend to agree. I noticed a couple of months ago that there was a strange pattern in the pre-open market. If the previous close had been e.g., 1.6, the offer would be 4,800 shares at 1.45 and the bid would be 4,900 shares at 1.45. When we got closer to 9:00, the offer would have increased, e.g. 5,200 at 1.54 and bids would be 5,300 at 1.54. There was always a difference of 100 shares and the price was always much lower than the previous closing price. Interestingly, this pattern was only evident when I looked at bids/offers through my broker, when I looked directly at the TSX, there was not this consistent 100 share difference. To me it looked as if someone was selling to himself on different trading platforms, trying to avoid net selling of shares. This pattern went on for weeks, and quite surprisingly, when I asked at Agoracom if anyone had informed the company that their stock was being manipulated, the strange pricing pattern disappeared completely and immediately... Whoever did this, they apparently read the Agoracom posts...
Today, there was a pre-opening bid of 2,500 at 1.28 - it was immediately followed by a 6,000 share offer at 1.28.
I have long been of the opinion that RVX-208 could become a multibillion dollar drug if only Resverlogix had the financial means to fully exploit the potential, the science is so much in favor or RVX-208.
Best regards,
BKC
