I've google searched cancelled AGMs and have found some good reasons, such as a buyout...some ''bad'' with a company being taken private...and others in between.
We shall see.....somone on SH claims to have called and spoken to reception who said the meeting was ''postponed'' but no reason(s) given.
We'll see what happens with the trading tomorrow....
