You: That is clearly false. The only official word out is that BOTH companies AGMs were quietly CANCELLED, not postponed. In case you are inexperienced in these matters, this scenario is highly unusual, worthy of speculation. If you want to believe it means nothing then go ahead. If you want to make statements here that are false or completely unsupported then I will gladly push back.
