The fact that they have not issued a news release through their Media relations says to me they are not ready to tell us anything and can't because the new business is not complete. To say it is cancelled on Sedar means cancelled. A person saying it is postponed knows there is going to be a meeting but doesn't know when. Financial issues within the company can be ruled out because there is ample money to carry on business, we all know that. What ever is going on, affects the business of the AGM and timing is out of their control. That to me indicates outside involvment and that is positive. I suspect it has something to do with the FDA and MACE trial or Orphan drug designation.
