If true, maybe Astellas has a thing for Canadian biotech since they also have a recent licensing deal with BiOasis. Hah! I think this whole issue of the cancelled/postponed AGMs could have been made a non issue if Resverlogix and Zenith had issued a news release along with the SEDAR cancelation explaining that it is being postponed. Or alternatively, announcing the rescheduled date on SEDAR at the same time as the cancelation notice. It wasn't a postponement notice, so how did they expect us to react. I imagine the new AGM date will be mid October at the earliest, which may compete for the latest date the AGM has occurred in the past several years. They could have handled this situation better, but it does sound like no big deal. That is unless there is a big deal....wink, wink.
