I came away with the impression that apabetalone's selective approach to regulating gene expression was certainly of great interest, although I would have preferred Plutzky talking more about it rather than JQ-1. I also felt that these academics are still trying to understand the why and how of the whole epigenetic mechanism and that there is a whole lot to learn in this arena for many years to come.

If DM is right about his contention that RVX has an 8 year lead in this area, then we are certainly due to get more notice as this gets into the mainstream news media.
