My problem with wordsmithing, here is what I should have said:
"Is there not also a point where it is no longer fair or ethical to the placebo group to continue taking the Placebo when the positive effect of a new drug is becoming obvious?
Not knowing much about the process, I assumed that the Placebo patients would be moved to the actual drug, thus no longer a Blind Study, but now an open test.
