I agree 100% that it is very strange that the rescheduling the AGM is taking so long. IMO If only RVX had cancelled their AGM i would think and( only speculation here )is that it could be a large financing/private placement... and voting would need to be obtained depending on the size of the deal BUT then I see Zenith had cancelled their AGM at the same time and 3 months ago they did somewhat large private plaement financing with Eastern capital (40 millsion USD i believe, i could be wrong on the amount ) so why would Zenith need any finacing for for the next few years, which again brings it back to why is it taking so long to reschedule both AGM's.......................... .....................................................
