It has now been 5 weeks since the cancellation of the previously scheduled Ocotober 5th AGM. As I shared previously in this thread, there seems to be a minimum 65 day lead time between filing the notice of meeting and the date of the AGM. A notice of meeting filed today would mean a re-scheduled AGM could occur no earlier than November 30th. If an AGM is to occur prior to the end of 2016, Resverlogix has a month left to file a new notice of meeting. Tick tock.
