When Sarah emailed that the "meeting scheduled for October 5th has been rescheduled", she likely meant it IS being rescheduled, or WILL be rescheduled, or is GONNA be rescheduled.

Confirming that was torpedoman's SH post on Aug 25th where he stated...

".... She said it was being postponed and would be re-scheduled. So I asked when. She replied that no date has been determined yet...."

BDAZ just posted that Clayton emailed...

"We can provide no further clarity until the Notice of Meeting has been filed."

I'm pretty sure that means they won't be providing any further clarity until the Notice of Meeting has been filed (unless you want to keep asking the same question over and over and over and over and over again).
