What I find most perplexing is that Clayton has emailed several of us and rather than saying "canceled" he uses the word "changed" and there's a mountain of difference between the two, even a 3rd grader would see it.

If there has been a "change in meeting date"....they obviously (to me at least) have a date.

But they don't want the bleacher bum crowd to know what day for some reason, at least not until perhaps they're absoulutely required to notify us......which worries me. Could something be coming to a vote that is not in our best interest?

Its true that the entire retail vote wouldn't be enough to sway something.....but if its a deal that isn't in the best interest of common (non beneficial) shareholders....then we could be in one of those "lawyer up" situations imo.
