Ledenfrog, there will be an AGM at some point - there has to be. They just don't know when. Thus, they communicate that the meeting date is cancelled, and since they don't know when they are ready for the AGM, they haven't put up a date for it and for that reason, they cannot say that it has been rescheduled. They probably consider it obvious that an AGM will be held, therefore they are not saying that it "will be" rescheduled or anything to the same effect.

According to my hypothesis, they are in discussions/negotiations with someone, and the timing of such discussions/negotiations are for good reasons not known in advance.
