"We will annonunce a second licensing deal shortly".

DM did not say: "Regional licensing deal" - it could be a rest of world deal?

DM did not say: "soon" (but he said "shortly" - ok, same-same, but still...)

DM did not say: "very" in the context of the timing of the licensing deal.

Now that I am at it, a correction to my own post a week or two ago: When doing the Hepalink licensing deal, Resverlogix DID need a nod from the shareholders (I wrote that the had done licensing deals without needing the approval of the shareholders).
