1) Don has said (repeatedly) that second licensing/partnership deal is being announced "soon".
2) The AGMs have been cancelled....and possibly tentatively rescheduled.
Given that they've announced to expect a licensing/partnership deal....I don't believe that can have anything to do why the AGMs were cancelled. To my mind it has to be something else, and I think more significant.
