Led, You could be right about the cancellation of both AGM could be due to a possible larger deal in the horizon as per Fundamentals post on investor village but then again I think wouldn't even a regional License deal or partnership would still need voting from all shareholders and this is the rescheduling As well Ken Leboida just purchased a significant share purchase which is a good thing however if Rvx was in a blackout period due to negotiations with BP then Ken Leboida would never been able to make That share purchase , so maybe it is still the regional/license deal that we know is coming soon
