If whatever discussions that are taking place are about Zenith then that would not preclude Ken Lebioda, who is definitely an insider, from buying RVX shares. Ken L is not listed as having any role in Zenith but I find it hard to believe he would not know what is going on and I think alot of us here believe that anything positive that happens to one company will benefit the other. That would however leave the RVX AGM needing to be addressed quickly, ie if there is not something pressing and material going on with RVX. There are certain rules (I don't pretend to be an expert on) which allow for the AGM to fall outside of the prescribed time frames but I'm fairly certain those rules don't include "We're busy with another company right now". Who knows but perhaps discusions that started on one basis have evolved into something completely different. I have always thought if one company gets purchased then the other one will probably go right along with it as a purchaser would likely not want to leave any chance that down the road competition could come from what is left behind so to speak, especially in a relatively new area of science. No matter how you slice it the cancelled AGM's, the "opportunity" Don is said to be pursuing and Ken L's share purchases together all raise lots of questions.
