The AGM usually has "business" portion and corporate presentation portion, based upon the transcripts that I've seen in the past. So the structure of this upcoming AGM seems to be the same. The only difference is that they are choosing to webcast the corporate presentation portion. From the news release:

"Following the formal business of the meeting, Mr. Donald J. McCaffrey, President and Chief Executive Officer, will deliver a corporate presentation which will be webcast."
