Ditto for me SanFran. I'm not an employee of Agoracom, and have only corresponded with Agoracom, on a very infrequent basis, via e-mail their public email address or Agoracom messaging using the "Question for Agoracom" or private messaging (when it was working) to resolve certain technical issues with the site. I agree that the primary reason I use this site it because the software is superior to other boards I've used.
