Led,
One can also interpret this sentence a little differently. "A notice of meeting and management information circular containing the matters to be considered at the meeting will be delivered to shareholders and filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com on or before November 15, 2016." One could interpret this as saying that the documents: 1) Will be delivered to shareholders (indefinite timeline, doesn't have to be by Nov 15th); and 2) Will be posted on SEDAR no later than Nov. 15th (definitive timeline). Splitting the sentence up into two parts allows this interpretation. I acknowledge that it could also be interpreted that deliverance to shareholders and posting to SEDAR will both occur by Nov 15th. Because of this ambiguity, one should err on the looser timeline for delivery to shareholders.
