I got the actual proxy form in the mail today, but I'll probably vote by phone....I will not be in Calgary on the 15th, and based on what I'm seeing so far.....my inclination is to vote no to the RPS change.

There is one thing that gives me pause....and that is this. As has been suggested, it might be that there is some deal or partnership that requires this change. Of course I don't know because the company is giving out information through an eye dropper, at least that's how it seems.

Ultimately....if Resverlogix starts generating billions in revenue, it might all be academic....if that comes to pass then I would reasonably expect the PPS to be many multiples from where it is currently, even if they were paying 6 to 12 percent to Zenith....they'd still be keeping 94 to 88 percent.
