Question for Bear; does the reduced expression of OPN indicated in the ASN abstract further support that Apabetalone does warrant further examination for treatment of other inflammation related diseases? I have read that increased plasma levels of OPN are related to a number of inflammatory disease states ranging from some cancers and emphysema to autoimmune conditions such as Lupus, Crohn's and MS.
