After getting Sarah's explanation for the change in the RPS agreement, which I already shared, I sent a follow up email to IR to which Mr. Paradis responded.  I found his choice of language curious, however I'll refrain from speculating given that there are others here who I believe are more knowledgeable than I.....and I would be very interested in anyone's thoughts or comments.

That is a big help.  If you would indulge, I have another question.  Was this change the reason behind postponing the AGM?  If you can only reply with a yes or no I completely understand, but of course if you're at liberty to provide any detail it would be appreciated.

The only comment we can make with respect to the postponement of the annual meeting is that the matters to be discussed at the meeting were not finalized as at the time of the initial mailing deadline for the circular.
