I have been invested in RVX for almost 10 years, slowly accumulating a substantial position over the years , I have seen the lows and even the lowers , that fateful day in June 2013,  however RVX has come along way since that day , revived from the dead to now quite possibly be that nextblockbuster, no pun intended.   

If if there was anytime that a possible CVR deal is coming it would be in the next 6 months IMO,  Management has talked about the possibility of a CVR deal for over 3 years, but now there several catalysts that make that type of deal more possible . This type of deal shares the risk between any BP and Rvx that guarantees milestone payments upon achieving certain goals, FDA phase 3 approval  ie fultitity analysis completion and continuation, or a phase 3 completion and positive outcome, EU drug acceptance , and finally FDA drug approval,  there a lot of positive right now for both companies and I believe a deal is coming,  that AGM cancellation did not occur for no reason, TSX would not allow a cancellation unless something was in the works,  deals can take along time to get finalized, hopefully we'll see something soon
