As far as AZN and PFE are concerned I don't believe any potential transaction with RVX would be even mildly affected by any repatriation issues as I'm making an assumption (rightly or wrongly) that any transaction would not close until after full results of BETonMACE are revealed in mid 2019. A deal with a few hundred million up front and a promis to pay upon successful completion, a CVR is what my vision is.
