Chic - Zenith was spun out just before Assure results were release in 2013? I believe management was sure they were going to crush the pre stated end points of that trial and wanted something to carry on with when RVX got bought out. That scenario didn't quite play out as was envisioned by management. I remember hearing Dr K saying she thought DM was playing a trick on her when he told her that they didn't have success for the Assure trial. Having the two companies is good although a little costly for those of us that have been around for 10 or 11 years.
