This years  Management Discussion and Analysis and Financial Statements for the period ended January 31, 2017 should be forthcoming.

The disclosures may provide new information on probability of future revenue streams and valuation of Royalty Preferred Shares

The disclosures will also provide material insight into managements activities re: securing working capital to continue Betonmace and to fund proposed trials.

The companies are required to disclose material subsequent events up to and including the date of the release of the financial statements
