SF99,,,in my world it indicates that someone who probably bought at $1.20 previously is willing to sell their shares at a price above the $2.00 level cuz they want to pay off some debt,,,if they actually pay off their debt and not change their mind and jump into BTI while it languishes at a below average level,,,,,are they smart,,,probably,,,for now anyway,,,,time will tell all,,,,,  :o) ,,its my conspiracy!! lmao
