That April fact sheet has another interesting (at least to me) little tidbit....and that's the "total cash raised" under that same Financial Profile heading.

It says the company has raised about $300 million total....but there are those two little asterisks ** beside it.  Like the cash balance that's as of Jan 31st 2017.  If they hadn't raised any additional capital as of the publication of that fact sheet, then there'd be no reason to include that qualification, but if they have raised additional money then imo including the ** asterisks would be required....that or they'd have to indicate how much $$$ in total had been raised.
