One asterisk or two?

Does this bear closer examination? I don't know....I think its possible that something has happened between Jan 31st and March 31st that we don't yet know about.
Under the "Financial Profile" heading we have seven bullet points:
One asterisk denotes the information is as of March 31st, two means its as of Jan 31st. We are given the PPS, Market Cap, 52 week low/high as of March 31st. Shares outstanding is as of January 31st along with the cash burn, total cash raised, and cash balance.
So its not just Total Cash Raised which is back dated to the end of Jan, but also the number of outstanding shares and the burn rate as well. If those things hadn't changed in February and March....as SanFran more clearly explained....then why not have everything as of March 31st?
Has the amount of cash raised changed, along with the number of O/S shares and the burn rate in the past couple of months? It would make sense that if they've raised money by some form of an offering that the number of outstanding shares has changed, as well the burn rate could have gone higher as they perhaps have the money to accelerate enrollement in BETonMACE.
At any rate its curious, here's the link to the Fact Sheet PDF:
