Fouremm, the paper you remember is by Anand et al. (2013), published in the journal Cell. The authors found that when they made an aortic constriction (causing the heart to work harder, mimicking high blood pressure etc), bromodomain inhibitors as a class (including RVX208 - that was shown explicitly) had a benefical effect.
