It really is speculation.

First, who is at the table?

At the very least, Dart, Hepalink and RVX.

However, there may be a few Pharma players there with CVR proposals as well. We don't know.

Are the banks there looking for an equity offering? Are they offering more loans?

The more players at the table, the better the chance that RVX strikes a reasonable deal whether it be a license, an equity offering, a loan etc.

The stock is not trading like the lights are about to go out and the number of options available likely mean a positive  deal can be struck.
