You post about a Private Placement (PP) as if you know its a done deal.  

,I wont type where I think our price will be when the PP is announced unless a whole bunch of carrots is announced by DM at the same time,,,but that is not likely to happen at the same time

Do you know something, or is the PP you refer to just something you imagine happening?  If you're just talking out of your nether regions, no worries.
