It really is speculation. ------Yep it is. We are not speculating when we say we have no deal announced up this point and based on data issued by RVX management we should now be out of operating cash.

First, who is at the table? --- There lay a good question...cant be many or one would have taken the deal before now,,its been many months.

At the very least, Dart, Hepalink and RVX. --- At least. and either DM is failing to deliver with a 3rd party or KD is going to poop chocolate ice cream for us on an internal deal.

However, there may be a few Pharma players there with CVR proposals as well. We don't know. ----- nope we dont,,they may have left the table,,we have had them here in discussions for the decade that I have been in RVX!

Are the banks there looking for an equity offering? Are they offering more loans? --- possibly,,put those shares out on the open market and see what we get!!,,,lets say 25,000,000 or so on the ask!,,thats what we basically do in a PP!!!

The more players at the table, the better the chance that RVX strikes a reasonable deal whether it be a license, an equity offering, a loan etc. ---- a deal is a negotiation,,,,we can only hope that many players want to negotiate,,,,,!

The stock is not trading like the lights are about to go out and the number of options available likely mean a positive  deal can be struck. ----- I hope you are right in all comments.

I dont see any comments where you can see difficulty in overcoming some of our hurdles...BTF..are you pumping here??
