I haven't seen anything like this share issue before. You involve the most expensive Corporate Law Firm in the country to over see a 150,000 share purchase for less then market value to an anonymous purchaser with nothing from Resverlogix. To me that is smoke and mirrors for some reason. The fact that this Law Firm is involved suggest to me that something is brewing in the background that would warrant that type of high priced legal help. But what is with the share issue? It can't be about the money because as others have said that would be only three days operating expenses and maybe less then that after the Law Firm gets paid. It seems at his point Don is not concerned about the share price or the effects on it, due to this sale. There for I am starting to think he has a deal in place that requires the expertice of such a Law Firm to manage the legal part and somebody within the firm wanted to invest. Now I question if this is legal or not but what else could it be ???
