I'm guessing most here have come across companies engaged in dilutive offerings that pump out news for almost any little thing in an effort to engage investors, both existing and prospective.  

The EAS is going on right now, but nothing from the company....in my experience many companies would have used that as an excuse (imo) for at least one PR.  While there is a certain logic to engaging in activity to generate investor interest in an effort to suppor the PPS....regardless its something that makes me nervous.  All too often PRs are all grissle with little or no meat on the bone.

If DM et al are worried about the PPS....then they sure aren't showing it imo.  That's a big part of the reason I've been adding of late.  I have an email into IR about last week's filing, still no answer though...
