The filing doesn't have much information at all....just that $300,000 CDN worth of securities were issued to someone or someones or some entity in the United States.  Brad Cann certified the filing, however if there are any questions from regulators the person to contact is Lloyd McLellan who is a parnter with Borden Ladner Gervais which is one of Canada's largest legal firms....

M&A?  Financing?  Something else?
