Thanks Koo....I'm not really "hunting", I have a nice enough house is a very nice area, but if i can find something nicer in the same area, then I have my eyes open. If we do end up buying another house I'm going to lease the current one out...or I could just buy a boat load more RVX....at current levels I still think its a bargain.
