HL - I think it is not so much a problem with the money but a problem with making the right deal. No matter what deal they do there will always be room for scrutiny but that's just life as a junior company or any company that is research intensive. Each day we are getting closer to the finish line which will never come soon enough. If I was a betting person, and I am, the odds are very good we will here about a financing in the next week or so. 

I'm curious to hear from others on this board what they think the catalyst will be that causes one or more BP's to make us a reasonable or, outrageous offer?
