Koo - We all want to know what is right now and right now never happens soon enough. From the CVR deals that I have looked at the share price of the target company tends to initially go up to about 80% of the final value within the first couple of weeks after the announcement of the deal. I don't know about others here but that kind of number would allow me to reduce my position with a smile on my face and still hold a partial position until the trial was complete. In my mind a CVR would be the best structure to be contemplated so that the buyer and seller both get the best risk management in a deal with this kind of potential end value.

Getting financing right now would allow me to sleep a little easier.
