I agree Bear that presenting opportunities can change at any moment but it one would think that DM would want as much presenting opportunities as possible (spreading the word persay)

So if thing changed maybe all the stars aligned finally and that allusive deal that was eminent in 2016 will be announced. All speculation ,but we know we have been expecting to hear news  on either financing or something else for about a month or so 

let's hope for good news
