So let's get this straight...... even though Resverlogix developed and ownes 208, Pfizer can apply for a patent in which the use of 208 to treat Friedreich's ataxi is exclusive to Pfizer? 

Why would Pfizer pick this disease? Did they steal some blood from Resverlogix's blood bank the last time Pfizer officials were visiting the Calgary office? Or did Resverlogix give them some of the blood to run their own tests in a gesture of good faith during buyout negotiations? 

Maybe Pfizer bought some 208 off the Internet and ran their own tests. Either way.... it's time for them to stop kicking the tires and buy the darn car!
