We'll know the details soon enough....and the bell has wrung, so there's nothing to do but wait in any case.  

We shall see what the price is and how much they raise...I'm hoping for $100+ million....enough to retire the CitiBank loan and enough left over to get to the finish line with BETonMACE.  

It seems to me this might be the reason why the B&B slides relating to finances weren't there....
