I completely missed that. From what I read I thought Eastern and Hepalink were part of the overnight offering as follows;

Eastern - 1,617,980 units
Hepalink - 1,333,333
Bloom & Burton Subscribers - 2,552,489

Was there a separate $10 million bought by Eastern and Hepalink?
