I'm thinking of RVX.WT as providing a possible road map as to the future direction of RVX.
The warrants have a 4 year life.....so for 4 years they can be traded around. But eventually they'll either be converted into shares, or they'll expire worthless......obviously RVX has to be trading over the $2.05 price point for them to have any value. If RVX only makes it to $2 over the next 4 years there's no point in converting the warrants into shares.....why pay $2.05 for shares from the company if they're available on the open market for say $1.75
Somone paying 90 cents though....WoW. If somone pays 90 cents for a warrant priced at $2.05....then the PPS of RVX has to get pretty much to $3 to make converting them worthwhile.
