KOO - I think you are right on the button in your realization of the amount of the placement and the % ownership for Eastern. Couldn't have said it better myself. I am of the impression that KD's little investment in RVX has the potential to increase his net worth by over 10%. I hope he makes a pot load. I'll be happy to ride the coat tails.

If this happens to work out like the models suggest, the royalties for the Zenith Capital Corp shareholders including Eastern, will make this long wait very worthwhile.
