As for the Phase 2 renal and Phase 1 Fabrys disease trials, I am not really sure what you are being critical of. There are many steps to a trial before opening recruitment/enrollment, as KBC suggested. The fact that the renal trial is listed on ClinicalTrials.gov and has its protocol approved indicates that it is far beyond just being initiated. Seems like any day now that trial could be enrolling. As for the Fabrys disease trial, check out this article from a few weeks ago. Once again, they are well beyond the initiation process.
