Actually Koo, Teva deals in new drugs as well but regardless the new combo drug would be patent protected due to the patents on Apabetalone and therefore priced as a new drug. The fact that Teva is already a generic Rosuvastatin maker to me means they are well suited to obtain Apabetalone and start making the new combo drug if and when Apabetalone is approved for sale. This is why I have thought for quite some time that Teva might work its way into the mix. I guess time will tell.
