If FA fails just go back to late June 2013 and I believe that is what will happen with share prices. Remember that dramatic fall created huge buying opportunities and probably will again if FA fails. There is a huge of amount of IP and talent in this company.

In terms of financing if I recall this comapny was started in 2001 by Dr Wong and Don. Don has always come through with the money.

IMHO the financing is a non issue. The only issue is how it is done.
