Looks like it was an abstract presented at the 65th Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand Annual Scientific Meeting and the International Society for Heart Research Australasian Section Annual Scientific Meeting, 10 - 13 August 2017, Perth, Australia.

The same first author of that abstract you posted, Daisuke Shishikura, is presenting a similarly titled abstract at ESC 2017 entitled "The effect of apabetalone on attenuated coronary atherosclerotic plaque: insights from the ASSURE trial."
