More chances than not it will be the the amount of dilution that will trigger down trading over the coming days etc,,,,,,,this event is similar to the solar eclipse....it is a major stepping stone forward,,,,.and it will undoubtedly adjust the formula for all us shareholders as to what we might expect in the end game as far as gains go! Cross our fingers a 3rd party has the balls to get involved here and that that illusive deal comes to fruition this week, and it either nullifies the negative aspect of the financing or supports the sp in the months and year/s ahead.......perhaps we get to see DMs jack rabbit coming out of his hat,,,,,,,,,,,I sure hope so.....but I am bracing for the worst,,,...jmo
